It’s sometimes hard to admit that you or a loved one needs a bit of extra help
Sometimes it is hard to admit that you need help with things as personal as getting dressed or undressed or going to the toilet. We don’t want you to feel embarrassed or anxious and we go out of our way to make sure your carer is the right person for you, someone who you and your family will trust, feel comfortable with and get on with.

What kind of help is available?
Will I get the same carer every time?
We want you to get to know your carer and build a relationship with them, it takes time to trust someone and it doesn’t help if you never see the same person twice! Inevitably there are times when your regular carer is unable to visit you eg if they are sick or on holiday and, in those situations we will work with you to ensure that any replacement is suitable for your specific needs.

“On behalf of all of us, we would like to thank you for all that you did for my father. We appreciated every visit and all the help and care that you gave, despite my father’s reluctance! You are all lovely, caring people and we couldn’t have managed without you.”
How much does it cost?
You let us know what help you would like and we give you a price – it’s that easy. Our hourly rates start from as little as £16.95. If you pay for an hour, you get at least an hour (not 20 mins, or 10 mins), the important thing for us is getting it done, in the way that you want it done.
