Essential heart Domiciliary Care Coordinator – Bournemouth  F/T

Are you motivated, caring, a good team player, willing to lead by example and able to juggle four balls in the air at any one time? We are looking to recruit a full time domiciliary care coordinator to work within our Poole Head office from 0830 – 1730 hours Monday to Friday. You must have at least two year’s experience in a similar role and be familiar in the coordination and management of rotas, a great telephone manner and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a care coordinator you will be required to assist with care calls so a background in care is Essential. There is also a requirement to cover some evening and weekend on call.

Starting salary £20,800 plus additional payment for out of hours care calls and on call.

If you are already working in a care environment and would like some flexibility in your role then this role is just what you are looking for.

The On Call Care role is weekend work and we are happy to be flexible to fit around your requirements, whether you are available every weekend all weekend, every Saturday, every Sunday or even alternate weekends then we would love to hear from you!

You will receive a payment for each day that you are on call and if you are required to deliver care you will also receive payment for each care call that you carry out at the appropriate rate.

You will need to undertake or hold an Enhanced DBS check.
You need your own transport for the role.
