On-site Training
Our Service users matter to us and it is vital that our staff are trained to the highest possible standard.
We have a team of superb trainers from various branches of professional healthcare, who specialise in the delivery of high quality, classroom based teaching and training. The training is delivered in our purpose built training suite, comprising of classrooms, practical room and breakout areas for group work.
A variety of teaching methodologies are utilised in order to make the learning experience meaningful, fun and interactive as well as fulfilling the requirements of The Care Certificate Standards, mandatory requirements and other specialised courses.

Our training sessions are open not only to our own staff but to nurses and care workers who wish to further their knowledge either individually or via their employer in order to give a higher level of care to service users and ensure best practice is maintained. We also offer subsidised courses to you, if you are a family member who is caring for a loved one at home and want to learn more about how to manage a specific condition. These courses include COPD, Parkinsons, Stroke, Epilepsy, Dementia, Pressure Sore or Diabetes Awareness, as well as Bowel, Stoma and Catheter care and Moving and Handling. Our testimonials really do speak for themselves and we truly believe that excellent training is a sound foundation on which to build excellence.

Don’t take our word for it.
